Cleveland Mediation Center offers mediation between owners and renters who are facing eviction.  The goal of the program is to prevent eviction allowing families and individuals to stay in their homes. 

Cuyahoga County renters may qualify for Financial Assistance if they are behind
in rent and have been assigned a Court Date.

To qualifying parties, the program provides financial assistance and mediation between landlords and tenants to address:

• Lease provisions such as rent, due dates, late fees
• Repairs. property maintenance and building security
• Noise, parking, pets, etc
