As of July 2nd 2016, Ed Boyte is longer serving as Assistant Director and Trainer at Cleveland Mediation Center — he has accepted a position as organizational ombudsperson with Akron General (Cleveland Clinic).
“As hard as it is for me to envision leaving Cleveland Mediation Center, an exciting career opportunity in conflict resolution and health care was offered to me, and I accepted the offer.
I value greatly the people, work and mission of CMC and I will miss being part of it. CMC has touched the lives of so many in our community through mediations, facilitations and trainings – our belief that when people are heard and given a voice they are in a better place to advocate for themselves and engage more constructively with others. While this is a transition era for CMC, I believe our rich history can be a solid foundation from which new work can be successfully built.”
Ed’s passion, enthusiasm, and understanding will be greatly missed at CMC. We wish him continued success in all future endeavors!
