This highly interactive 20 hour training will provide an introduction to mediation using demonstrations and practice as well as lecture, discussion, and situational case studies. This is a practical course, incorporating a best practices approach to mediating.
 
Training will take place from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm each day for three consecutive days via the Zoom web conferencing platform.
