Fundamentals of Mediation Training Registration 2019

This highly interactive 20 hour training will provide an introduction to mediation using demonstrations and practice as well as lecture, discussion, and situational case studies. This is a practical course, incorporating a best practices approach to mediating.

Uniform Mediation Act
Active Listening
Five Phase Facilitative/Empowerment Model
Client Centered Approach
Cultural Influences

 

This training will be held from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm each day at Adoption Network Cleveland (4614 Prospect Ave E #550, Cleveland, Ohio 44103​)
